Frequently asked questions
Is Zenit Tool free?
Yes. All core features are free. Premium raises limits and adds extras such as welcome cards, XP multipliers, automatic ticket transcripts and a per-server bot look.
Which permissions does the bot need?
Just enough to moderate, manage roles and send messages. We never ask for Administrator. You can review the list before inviting it.
Who can use my server's dashboard?
The owner and members with Administrator or Manage Server. You can also grant limited access to specific roles from Settings.
Is my data safe?
When you sign in we only ask for your Discord ID and your server list. Tokens are stored encrypted and you can delete your account and data whenever you want.
Can I move Premium to another server?
Yes. From your account you can move each Premium license to another server you manage (with a 24h cooldown between moves).
How do I cancel my subscription?
In My account › Subscriptions and billing › Cancel subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for and you won't be charged again.
